Our Standard Home Inspection

A visible inspection of the structure, systems, and components of the home, inside and out, from the foundation to the roof will be performed using the latest tools and technology. You are encouraged to attend the inspection to point out concerns and ask questions about the property. I will be more than happy to explain the inspection process and findings, point out important maintenance items, and answer all your questions.
 
Your home inspection will be performed according to the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI) Standards of Practice which may be found at www.nachi.org/sop.htm. The following items will be inspected when visible.​

  • Porch & Deck
  • Attached Garage

  • Foundation
  • Basement/Crawlspace
  • Fireplace
  • Electrical System
  • Plumbing System
  • HVAC System
  • Interior, including:
    • Built-In Appliances
    • Ceilings, Floors & Walls
    • Windows/Glazing
    • Doors
Following the property evaluation, the findings will be compiled in an easy-to-read report which will include both detailed descriptions and digital photos of any issues discovered during the inspection. Your completed inspection report will be emailed within 24 hours.

A termite inspection may be scheduled with your home inspection or as a standalone service. Termite inspections are performed by a third-party inspector.
